Focused on elegance and delicacy, with present but very polished tannins, silky texture and immense freshness and sophistication.

Harvest of mixed grapes, in "field blend". Total stalking and prolonged skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in robotic mills with temperature control at 26ºC for 10 days.
